Butter Cookies

Al purpose flour: 1 1/4 cup
Icing sugar: 1 cup
Corn flour: 1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter: 125 gm
Vanila essence: 1/2 tsp
Milk: 2-3 tbsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp

Mix alpurpose flour, cornflour and salt. Beat butter with icing sugar and vanila essence. Add flour to the butter mixture, pour milk and beat well till soft. Roll the dough into small lemon size balls and place on a parchment paper. Flatten each balls with the bottom of a glass. Preaheat the oven to 160 degree c. Bake for 15 minutes.
