Ingredients:
Prawns: 1 kg
Onion chopped: 2 medium
Green chilli: 2 nos
Garlic: 11/2 tbsp
Ginger: 1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato: 1 medium
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder: 3/4 tbsp
Fennel seed powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
For marinade:
Chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Ginger powder: 1 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/4 tbsp
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
Method:
Wash and clean prwans. Combine chilli powder, ginger and garlic powder, pepper powder, salt with lemon juice and apply this marinade on the prawns, Keep aside for 1/2 hr. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry both sides and keep aside.
